If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or send a replacement order. Please send us an email (email@example.com) regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This might prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties.
- All merchandise must be in its original package and securely wrapped.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
- Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow another 1 week for the refund to be processed.

Most of our products will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS from California. Please allow 2 business days to process your order. There is additional 6-7 business days for Ground delivery.
Flat $3.98 ground shipping rate for 48 contiguous states. Free ground shipping for purchase over $60. 2-3 day & next day shipping method is currently not offered.
Tax: There is no sales tax on tea. For all teaware items shipped to the State of California, the tax rate is 8.625%.
