* The free shipping promotion will be honored via a postal carrier and a ground shipping method of our choice. We no longer offer free shipping to PO Box, please provide a physical address for delivery.
Most of our products will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery or USPS. Please allow 2 business days
to process your order. There is additional 1 business day for next day shipping, 2-3 business days for 2-3 Day Shipping,
or 3-6 business days for Ground delivery.

EnjoyingTea.com offers the option to order by mail or fax. Click here for additional details.
Tax
There will be no sales tax added to tea. Due to the California tax law, a
9.50% tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses in California for
all items except tea. Further information can be obtain from California State
Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with our products. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with our products, please return your purchase within
30 days of the purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or send a replacement order.
Please send us an email (sales@enjoyingtea.com) regarding your situation prior to returning the package. This might prevent unnecessary shipping costs for both parties.
- All merchandise must be in its original
package and securely wrapped.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Please include a copy of the invoice
with your return to ensure correct credit will be issued.
- Please note that we are not responsible
for any shipping and handling cost.
- Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for
